📦 Order Processing & Production Time

All items are made to order using our print-on-demand partners.
This means every mug or tumbler is freshly produced just for you — no mass inventory, no waste.

Processing/production time:
2–5 business days

This includes printing, quality checks, and preparing your order for shipment.


🌍 Where We Ship

At this time, we ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

🚚 Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped from the nearest fulfillment center (US or CA).

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, holidays, or high-volume periods.


💰 Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping to the US and Canada.

There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is final.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipping.


❗ Delayed or Lost Packages

In rare cases, parcels may be delayed by the carrier.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check the tracking link

  2. Contact the carrier (they often provide the fastest update)

  3. If you need help, email us and we’ll assist

We will replace or refund orders that are confirmed lost by the carrier.


🐾 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging

We’ll be happy to send a free replacement or issue a refund.


📮 Returns Due to Customer Preference

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size/variant

  • Wanting a different design

However, if there's an issue with quality, we will always make it right.


📬 Return Address (For Damaged/Wrong Items Only)

Returns may be requested first by contacting us.
We’ll provide instructions depending on the Printify partner used for your order.

Do not return items without contacting us first.
