📦 How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days of being placed.
Delivery time depends on your location:

  • US: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 4–10 business days

🖨️ How are items produced?

Every item is printed on-demand, meaning it’s created after you place an order.
This allows us to avoid waste and keep designs unique and fresh.


🚚 Where do orders ship from?

Our products ship from different Printify fulfillment partners located in:

  • United States

  • Canada

Your order will be routed to the closest production facility for the fastest shipping.


📬 Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

If you ordered multiple items, they may come from different fulfillment partners, so they may arrive separately. Don’t worry — the rest of your order is on the way!


❌ Can I cancel or change my order?

Because orders begin production quickly, we can only modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.
If you need help, contact us ASAP.


🔁 What is your return policy?

Since our products are printed on-demand, we can only accept returns for:

  • damaged items

  • misprints

  • incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost — just contact us with photos.


🎁 Do you offer gift messages or gift packaging?

Not yet, but we’re working on it!

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shopify Payments, PayPal (if enabled), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
