At Lazy Sips Co., we want you to love your sleepy animal mugs and drinkware, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand providers, returns may be limited in certain situations (see exceptions below).

We’ll review your request and provide the correct return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
We’ll happily send a free replacement or refund—no need to return the damaged product in most cases.
Because our products are created individually for each order, the following items cannot be returned:
Made-to-order print-on-demand products unless damaged or defective
Personalized or custom items
Sale items or gift cards

If you want a different design or variant, the easiest way is to:
Request a return
Once approved, place a new order for the item you want
This ensures the new item is produced and shipped quickly.
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
